Shaping a brand to inspire female leadership in medtech
With women holding just 23.6% of executive leadership roles in the largest medical device companies, NuVasive launched Women In Spine to bridge this gap and invest in female leadership through mentorship, professional growth, and networking. As a founding member and creative lead, I led the creative brand vision, using the brand’s wave to symbolize personal growth and collective support, while staying true to NuVasive’s identity.
