Delivering “The Cordial Experience” with an all-you-need one-stop shop

Cordial is a cross-channel marketing platform that empowers brands to personalize their messaging and deliver meaningful, relevant content to customers. For Shoptalk 2025, we set out to break from traditional trade show norms and show retailers what it really feels like to partner with Cordial—personal, fun, scalable, and relevant. In collaboration with Astound Group, we built the Cordial Bodega, a fully immersive, hyper-branded experience inspired by a corner store in the New York neighborhood. As a result, it positioned Cordial as a unique platform and creative, collaborative partner invested in the long-term success of its clients. The activation led to a surge in qualified leads and deeper engagement across sales and marketing channels post-event.
