CORDIAL EVENT & PROGRAM ARCHITECTURE
Defining brand programs to rally go-to-market teams, elevate brand trust and improve production efficiency
Each year Cordial hosts two internal team events, Team Kick Off (TKO) and Team Recharge (TRC) centered around a single theme for the year. To build internal trust and loyalty, establishing clear program architecture became essential for improving production efficiency.

RESEARCH
Assessing current programs
An audit of existing internal program events revealed that they were custom built, branded, and strategized each year, leading to long production times and increased effort from the team.
ORGANIZE
Program architecture
In collaboration with the leadership team, program objectives were defined and organized to streamline outcomes, later influencing the look and feel for each.
EXPLORATION
By experience
Since the company regularly held TKO and TRC each year, defining a visual brand for these programs were prioritized.
TKO was designed to embody energy, motivation, and continue momentum from the previous year, while TRC emphasized restoration, connection, and reflection on past year’s learnings.

OUTCOME
The experience
By defining clear program objectives and a cohesive framework, production times by the team were significantly reduced. Custom t-shirts and name tags were added to the framework as well to add a memorable take-home item as they align with the year’s theme.
The framework and event collateral includes a: logo, color palette, printed signage library, digital header library and custom assets that will change annually — a name tag and t-shirt.
