Turning awareness into sales during Celiac Awareness Month

H-E-B is a supermarket in Texas that is known for its customer service, low prices, and quality products. In 2016, the store expanded its gluten-free product selection yet sales didn’t keep up with the growth. To change that, their marketing and our agency teams closely collaborated to create a month-long Gluten-Free Tour during Celiac Awareness Month. The tour stopped at 16 stores to educate shoppers about gluten-free options, offered samples and drove sales through sampling.
